Our Story

I spent a long time trying to figure out how to “take a break.” I couldn't do it anymore.

Even on weekends, I remained mentally connected. I watched videos, scrolled endlessly... but my mind never rested.

For several years, I lived with silent depression, drowning in career changes, work stress, and the pressure of a world where women must be perfect everywhere, all the time.

I discovered art therapy. And I finally breathed.

It was when I discovered art therapy—and all the studies confirming its effects—that I began to find true inner peace.

Painting in the evening, even for just 10 minutes, helped me to truly unwind. Not by scrolling, not by “doing nothing.” But by doing something for myself, with my hands.

It became a ritual, not an obligation. And that changed everything.
